Coolant
Preparation & Dispensing with the CPD-101
and CPD-102
Variable and inaccurate coolant mixtures in the sumps can
cause machine performance problems and coolant waste. With
a portable CPD unit, a shop can accurately prepare up to
50 gallon batches of coolant at any desired concentration,
and then easily wheel the CPD to each sump and pump in the
coolant mix as required. The procedure is unchanged for
any solution concentration and is not affected by coolant
viscosity or other coolant properties. No orifices to change,
no hand-carrying buckets, no hoses running across the shop
floor. The simple operating procedure is described below.
Only a 1/4 compressed air line is required to operate
(no electricals). |

Specifications
& Ordering Information
Each CPD unit contains: a calibrated drum for mixing and transporting
the coolant, a compressed air-operated pump used for mixing and
dispensing coolant, a 2 gallon graduated container for measuring
coolant concentrate from the storage drum, and all required hoses,
mounted on a drum dolly. The customer supplies only a 1/4
compressed air line.
